Ancala Homeowners Association

Ancala is an 850 acre master planned community located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Ancala community consists of 542 custom home sites, an 18 hole golf course and private country club, along with 42 casita homes. The Ancala site is located with Scottsdale's McDowell Mountains to the north, Via Linda to the south, 124th Street as the eastern boundary, and the 114th Street alignment on the west side of the property.

Ancala Homeowners Association is an Arizona not-for-profit corporation run for the benefit of the property owners. The Association is a member of NESPOA (North East Scottsdale Property Owners Association) and is managed by Associated Asset Management.
